By using Skarlis Tech's email automation services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Skarlis Tech provides AI-powered email automation that reads incoming emails, categorizes them, and generates draft replies for your review. Our Services integrate with email providers including Google Gmail and Microsoft Outlook. All AI-generated replies are saved as drafts and require your review and approval before sending.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated draft replies before sending them. Skarlis Tech is not liable for any consequences resulting from emails sent without adequate review. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account credentials and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.
Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate email draft replies. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or responses that do not fully reflect your intent. You acknowledge that all drafts must be reviewed and approved by you before sending, and that Skarlis Tech bears no responsibility for the content of emails you choose to send.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our Services depend on third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, and others) whose availability is outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period. We will revoke access to your email account and delete stored tokens and data within 30 days of your service ending. No refunds are provided for partial months.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skarlis Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skarlis Tech from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any emails sent using drafts generated by our Services.
All intellectual property related to our Services, including software, designs, and branding, remains the property of Skarlis Tech. You retain ownership of your email content and business data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Iowa.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
