Skarlis Tech ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered email automation services for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our services, we access the following information through secure OAuth authentication with your email provider (Gmail via Google API, Microsoft Outlook via Microsoft Graph API, or other supported providers):

• Email message content (subject lines, body text, sender information) for the purpose of generating draft replies and categorizing messages
• Your name, email address, and business information provided through our contact form
• OAuth access tokens required to connect to your email account

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide our email automation services. Specifically:

• Email content is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate draft replies and categorize messages. Anthropic processes this data according to their own privacy policy and does not use API inputs to train their models.
• Draft replies are saved to your email account's drafts folder for your review before sending.
• If you subscribe to our Pro or Enterprise plan, email metadata may be used to send you SMS alerts for urgent messages via Twilio.
• Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and set up your account.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your OAuth tokens are stored as encrypted environment variables on our hosting provider (Railway). Email content is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored by us beyond what is necessary for service operation. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our product:

• Google API Services: To access Gmail accounts. Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Microsoft Graph API: To access Outlook accounts, subject to Microsoft's API terms.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): To process email content and generate draft replies.
• Twilio: To send SMS alerts for urgent emails (Pro and Enterprise plans).
• Railway: To host our application infrastructure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide our service.

7. Your Rights

You can disconnect your email account at any time by revoking our OAuth access through your email provider's security settings. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Upon cancellation, we will delete your OAuth tokens and any stored data within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our website.
